Role Overview

As a Distribution Engineer, you will treat customer acquisition, content distribution, advertising, SEO, email, and community as a true engineering discipline. You will design, deploy, and continuously evolve AI agent swarms, custom infrastructure, data pipelines, and self-improving systems that replace entire traditional marketing teams.

You operate at Levels 3–4 of AI leverage:

Level 3: Doing work that was previously not worth the ROI.
Level 4: Building custom tools and systems that no off-the-shelf SaaS can replicate.

Core Tooling: VACN

The core of your infrastructure will be built on VACN (The Vaccine for Automation). VACN is not just a standalone app; it is the engine for your Level 4 Distribution Infrastructure. You will leverage its core Input → Transformation → Output architecture to build out:

Content Ingestion: Setting up triggers for CSVs, RSS feeds, and Webhooks.
AI Agent Swarms: Building parser nodes that send raw data to LLMs (Anthropic/OpenAI) to generate hundreds of variations (e.g. ad headlines, social posts).
Omnichannel Distribution: Pushing fully formatted payloads natively into GFAVIP Chat, Webhooks, and directly into social and ad APIs.
The Feedback Loop: Ingesting performance data back into VACN's Memory Bank so your AI agents self-evolve over time.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy autonomous AI agent swarms using VACN that generate, test, iterate, and publish hundreds of content and ad variations across paid, organic, social, SEO, email, and app store channels.
Build and maintain custom distribution infrastructure (MCP servers, API integrations with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc., live data connectors) so you can query performance in natural language and get instant insights.
Create specialized sub-agents (e.g. headline-only, description-only, creative-only) and memory systems that log every hypothesis, experiment, and outcome — enabling the system to self-evolve over time.
Automate end-to-end workflows: prospect research → ICP scoring → personalized outreach → content production → publishing → performance analysis.
Convert every piece of content (webinars, threads, videos, docs) into multi-format assets at scale using AI tools.
Own the full distribution stack while continuously pushing into custom Level 4 tooling unique to our product and data.
Measure success through infrastructure-level metrics that compound weekly, not vanity metrics.

Requirements

Strong builder mindset: Hands-on experience with AI coding, agent frameworks, MCP servers, APIs, and system architecture. You don’t just use prompts — you architect production-grade systems.
Distribution intuition: Deep understanding of audience psychology, crowd behavior, virality, and what actually makes people care, share, and buy.
Systems thinking: Proven ability to move from “automating existing tasks” to “building custom tools that only we would need.”
Track record of using AI to achieve 10x output (e.g. one-person growth operations that outperform traditional teams).
Comfort owning end-to-end distribution metrics that impact revenue and growth.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)

Distribution function runs with <20% manual effort.
Ad and content creation time drops from hours to minutes, with 10x+ more variations tested automatically.
One person consistently matches or exceeds the output of a traditional 5–10 person marketing team.
Custom agent systems and infrastructure (built on VACN) become a defensible moat that competitors cannot easily copy.
